Dr. Amerah Archer, the founder and CEO of Eden & Co., is an organizational development consultant, educator, and researcher with over a decade of experience in the public school system.

Having held various senior director roles within one of Ohio’s largest urban school systems and worked collaboratively in higher education spaces, her extensive background knowledge and experience provide the foundation for practical, hands-on approaches to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Dr. Archer holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Toledo, has been published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at national conferences, and was selected as a Cambiar Catalyst Fellow for Educational Systems Leaders.

She is also the co-founder of EmpowerHer Legacy, Inc., a nonprofit serving girls through cultural identity and confidence-building programming.
